DISPATCH
Unified social publishing API for operators and agencies

What it does

DISPATCH is an API-first content publishing system. Operators submit source content once; the system produces a distinct, platform-appropriate variant for each connected social account using the Claude API (Anthropic). Before anything reaches a platform, a voice gate checks the output against brand rules, then a human reviewer approves or rejects it. Approved content is dispatched at the scheduled time.

No content reaches a platform without clearing the automated gate and a human sign-off.

How a post moves through the system

  1. Operator submits source content via API
  2. Transformation engine calls the Claude API and produces a platform-specific variant
  3. Voice gate checks the output against brand rules and blocked patterns
  4. Human reviewer approves or rejects via the operator dashboard
  5. Approved content is dispatched at the scheduled publish time

Data and permissions

DISPATCH posts only content that an operator has approved. It connects only to OAuth accounts the operator has authenticated directly. No content is retained beyond what is necessary for scheduling, retry, and audit purposes. No data is sold or shared with third parties. Access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and never written to logs in plaintext.

Who is behind this

XOps360 LLC is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB). DISPATCH is the publishing infrastructure layer in the XOps360 product portfolio.
